MyHourPay

Si no, elimina tu cuenta.

12. Ley aplicable y disputas

MyHourPay

Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 August 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Treluc ("we", "us") about your use of the MyHourPay app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

Two things worth knowing before the rest. MyHourPay is a personal record-keeping tool, not a payroll system and not legal advice. And the records are yours: we do not give them to your employer, and you can take them with you or destroy them at any time.

1. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to work lawfully where you live. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or guardian. You must give accurate information when you register and keep your credentials to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. What the Service is

The Service lets you record the hours you work, where you worked them, what you expected to be paid and what you were paid, and to export that record. It may estimate overtime by applying federal and state rules to the hours you recorded.

2.1 What the Service is not

3. Your records belong to you

You keep all rights to everything you put into the Service: your sessions, notes, paychecks and photos. You grant us only the narrow licence we need to run the Service for you — to store your content, transmit it between your devices and our servers, and display it back to you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account. We do not use your content to train anything, sell it, or show it to anyone else.

4. What you agree not to do

5. Price

The Service is currently free to use. If we ever introduce a paid plan, we will say so clearly in advance, and features you already rely on will not be taken away from you without notice. There is no advertising in the Service.

6. Loans and financial services

The Service may in future offer credit products in partnership with a licensed lender or bank. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit. Any such product would be governed by its own agreement and its own disclosures, and would require your separate, explicit consent.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running and your records safe, and we take encrypted backups. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your records.

8. Ending it

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app; deletion is immediate and permanent, so export first. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks section 4 or that we are required by law to close. If we terminate your account without cause, we will give you a reasonable chance to export your records first.

9. Disclaimer and limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost wages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100.

Some states do not allow some of these exclusions; where that is so, they do not apply to you and our liability is limited to the smallest extent that law permits.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims brought by a third party arising from your breach of these terms or from your misuse of the Service — for example, a claim arising from a photograph you took of someone without their consent.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you in the app before it takes effect, and continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms. If you do not, delete your account.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of the Distrito Nacional, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and you and we consent to that venue. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in your local small-claims court, or takes away any right your state or country gives you that you cannot waive.
